The Opportunity
As a Loan Processor and Credit Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the client journey and loan process. From application through to settlement, you'll ensure smooth progress, build strong client relationships, and be a trusted partner for brokers, lenders, and stakeholders.

In your role as a credit analyst you will:
Managing the end-to-end loan process, from broker handover to document collection, processing, approval and on to settlement. You will have a junior support staff member to assist you.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and third parties
Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication touchpoints
Overseeing compliance, file management, and CRM system updates (LMG/MyCRM experience highly regarded, but not critical)
Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve client outcomes
Supporting brokers with high-value files and long term clients
Previous experience working in a mortgage brokerage as a Loan Processor - minimum of 3+ years.
Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Open to learning and contributing to or processes. Comfortable learning and using systems like MyCRM
