What's on Offer:
* $70-$85/hr (based on experience)

The Role:
* Clinical pharmacy in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology
* Medication reviews, discharge counselling, ward rounds
* Support pharmacy teams with day-to-day operations
You'll Need:
* AHPRA registration
* 6+ months hospital pharmacy experience in Australia. Can be public or private.
* Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems.
