Job Overview
The Field Site Support Administrator will provide efficient and professional administrative support to site operations. They will maintain accurate data entry and reporting, support training and recruitment processes, and assist with purchasing, invoicing, and general office tasks.
* Support data entry, reporting, and training processes using systems like SAP;
* Help managers identify training and equipment needs for employees;
* Assist with recruitment tasks and ensure new hire requirements are completed;
* Provide admin support for purchasing, invoicing, and general office tasks;
* Maintain training records and help with data collection across sites;
* Coordinate with the Site Manager on IT requests, supplier arrangements;
* Help with HR tasks like leave reports, rosters, and attendance tracking;
* Compile monthly fleet reports for the Fleet Manager and assist with analysis as needed.

Key Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a business environment;
* A background in office work or business-related studies;
* Must have SAP experience and good knowledge of Lotus Notes;
* Strong communication and people skills;
* Confident in handling negotiations and influencing others;
* Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
