Requirements:

* Proven experience in leading a similar function with working knowledge of AP/AR principles.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to drive process compliance.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either as a past leader or as someone with the skillset needed to take the next step.

* Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

* Proven ability to identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
