About the Role:
- Full time | Ongoing |ASAP Start
- Junior Maths & Science
- Modern facilities, equipment and resources
- Induction, professional development and learning opportunities
- Plan, prepare and deliver effective teaching and learning programs for every student (in accordance with national, state and College guidelines)
- Mark, assess and moderate students’ work, and provide timely feedback
- Cater to individual needs and build a professional relationship with students
- Work as part of the team to achieve the aims and objectives of the school and develop cooperative relationships.
- Complete administrative tasks as required in a thorough and punctual manner.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience (minimum: Education Diploma or Education Degree in relevant curriculum areas)
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience in, curriculum initiatives
- Possess strong communication skills
- VITregistration or ability to obtain prior to commencement
- Australian Citizen or Resident with valid work rights
- Provide a minimum of two professional references (Principal and HOD/supervisor)
- Ensure a safe and supportive classroom workplace for all students
- Promote the College’s ethos/values/mission
