The Role
As Senior Development Manager, you'll be a key driver of the business — taking ownership of complex, high-value projects from inception through to delivery, while contributing meaningfully to strategy, acquisitions, and the overall direction of the pipeline.
You'll operate with a level of autonomy that reflects your seniority, while working in close proximity to the organisation's leadership — giving you exposure and influence that a larger corporate structure simply can't offer.
Your responsibilities will span:
* Leading multiple projects simultaneously across all phases of development
* End-to-end feasibility, financial modelling, and investment analysis
* Driving planning and approvals strategies through complex regulatory environments
* Leading, mentoring, and managing project teams and consultant groups
* Contributing to land acquisition, deal assessment, and pipeline growth
* Acting as a trusted representative of the business with external stakeholders

You'll Bring
* 8+ years of property development experience with demonstrated senior project ownership
* A track record of delivering complex residential, mixed-use, or medium-density projects end-to-end
* Strong financial acumen — you can build, interrogate, and defend a feasibility with confidence
* Deep experience navigating Perth's planning system and regulatory frameworks
* The ability to lead, influence, and manage at a senior level — both internally and externally
* Strategic thinking balanced with a hands-on, get-it-done approach
