Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oatlands, NSW. As a Teacher and Business Owner at Kip McGrath Education Centres, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the tutoring centre, including delivering individualized tutoring sessions, creating and implementing personalized learning plans, and conducting initial assessments for new students. You will also oversee a team of tutors, ensure adherence to the curriculum, and foster a supportive and effective learning environment. Additionally, you will handle administrative and business development activities to grow the centre's success.
Qualifications
Qualified teacher status and experience in teaching diverse age groups and learning abilities
Ability to create and implement personalized learning plans based on individual student assessments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff
Business management and administrative skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of the tutoring centre
Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential
