Job Description:
Your role will be to provide exceptional front-desk services, performing clerical duties and providing an efficient administration service.
* Maintain confidentiality in line with Code of Conduct and comply with all policies and procedures.
* Responsible for tasks in a professional and timely manner, duties include customer service, answering telephones, cash handling, and managing queues through telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
* Advise patients of billing processes, issue invoices and receipts, process payments, prepare banking, and reconcile accounts.
* Collect, organize, and monitor data efficiently.
* Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments.
* Follow-up of accounts, DVA, TAC, Medicare, Workcover.
* Schedule hospital theatre lists, tests, and obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals.
To succeed, you will have computer and word-processing skills that demonstrate your experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and the internet. You will also use patient information/recall database systems.
