We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Brisbane Lions’ Marketing team. This role plays a key part in bringing our brand to life through high-quality creative and digital assets that drive revenue, engagement and connection with our fans.
You’ll work across a wide range of Club campaigns and initiatives, translating briefs into on-brand static and animated designs while ensuring all outputs align with the Club’s Official Style Guide.
About the role
In this role, you will:
* Design and produce high-quality creative assets to support key revenue-generating campaigns across the Club
* Deliver digital media assets for AFL, AFLW, VFL and Academy programs, including player, team and program-based graphics
* Produce creative for major Club initiatives such as membership and ticketing campaigns, corporate sales and partnership activations
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs, contribute creative ideas and deliver strong outcomes
* Manage multiple projects at once, remaining flexible through review cycles while maintaining attention to detail
* Prepare and supply assets across web, social, in-venue screens, game-day and print formats
* Maintain project workflows, ensuring efficient delivery and version control
* Manage asset archiving, source files and documentation
* Liaise with external printers and agencies to ensure accurate production outcomes
About you
To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience in a similar Graphic Design role
* Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite
* 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
* Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes
* Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
* A sharp eye for detail and high standards of accuracy and finish
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
* A proactive, innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
