This is ideal for someone who's spent the last few years cutting their teeth on complex structures commercial, industrial, logistics or mixed‐use and is now ready for a role that still challenges technically but also feels better day to day.
What the role looks like day to day
You'll work across a mix of industrial and logistics builds, manufacturing facilities, and bespoke commercial structures often multi‐stage projects where you'll own packages from early concept through to detailed design and delivery.
It's a role with variety; one day you'll be across concept design coordination with an architect, the next you might be leading QA checks, reviewing calculations, or guiding mid‐level engineers through design decisions.
You'll have direct exposure to clients and consultants, not hidden behind project leads, and be trusted to build relationships and drive outcomes.
There's structure, but not red tape.
The systems and tools are genuinely best‐in‐class with everything from modelling platforms to documentation workflows has been built for engineers to spend less time on admin and more on design.

About you
You've probably got 5–10 years' experience in structural engineering, ideally within consulting, and you're comfortable delivering end‐to‐end projects. You've built a reputation for sound technical judgment, clear communication, and being that steady, reliable person on a project.
You're also the kind of engineer who likes to mentor and you enjoy seeing younger engineers "get it," and you take pride in setting standards others want to follow.
