About the Role:
You'll be at the helm of the practice, bringing your leadership energy to both clinical and operational areas.
Lead a high performing team and uphold gold standard patient care.
Partner with the Supervisory Veterinary Surgeon to deliver outstanding clinical standards, CPD frameworks, audits and case reviews.
Work closely with the Practice Manager on financial performance, budgeting, and achieving growth targets.
Maintain practice compliance with AVBC and CVS Clinical Governance.
Support a positive workplace culture through communication, team meetings, and people development.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, improve processes, and strengthen client satisfaction.
Represent the practice across the region, championing great clinical outcomes and a thriving team environment.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong clinical background and confidence in decision making
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with budgets, P&L and financial planning
* High attention to detail, with a hands on, proactive approach
* Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across the practice
