* You're confident engaging with senior stakeholders (HRDs, Heads of OD, C-suite).
* You're commercially astute and consultative, with a values-driven approach.
* You have strong planning skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
* You're comfortable working across strategic advisory and hands-on coordination.
