We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Growth Support Specialist to join our dynamic Growth Team. In this vital role, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Head of Growth and Business Development Manager's, playing a key part in driving our franchise recruitment and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain and support our CRM system (HubSpot), including data entry, pipeline updates and general user assistance.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Growth Team, including preparing and formatting presentations, proofreading documents, and coordinating reports.
Manage calendar invites and scheduling for presentations, meetings and recruitment activities.
Oversee the end-to-end office application process via Sirion for both new and existing offices.
Monitor application progress, follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
Assist with the execution of recruitment campaigns, including marketing materials and social media activity.
Support the planning and delivery of recruitment events, networking functions and strategic growth initiatives.
About You:
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a support role within a business development, recruitment, or marketing environment is advantageous.
