AI Fearlessly.**Strategic Account Manager**We're always on the lookout for talented Strategic Account Managers to join TrendAITM as we continue to grow across the region. If you have a passion for enterprise sales, cybersecurity, and building meaningful customer relationships — we'd love to connect for future opportunities.**About the Role**As a Strategic Account Manager at TrendAITM, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges complex technical solutions with measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a driven sales professional who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic relationship management.**What You'll Be Doing*** Own the full commercial relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, driving retention, expansion, and multi-year contract renewals.* Develop and execute tailored account plans that align TrendAI's solutions to each customer's cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and business objectives.* Lead executive-level engagements, building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other C-suite and board-level stakeholders.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.* Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TrendAITM's product portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.* Represent TrendAI at industry conferences, executive briefings, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and deepen account relationships.**What We're Looking For*** 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a complex, solution-based selling environment.* Exceptional relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and technical decision-makers.* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, outcome-driven business value narratives.* Proficiency with CRM platforms and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**Nice to Have*** Experience selling AI-driven or cloud-native security solutions (e.g. SIEM, XDR, threat intelligence, or identity security platforms).* An established network of CISO-level relationships within key verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, or SOC 2.**Sound like you?** Even if we don't have an opening right now, we're always keen to connect with great talent.
