WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a part-time Cook/Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency
* Assisting with daily kitchen prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
* Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely
* Ensuring all food meets our quality and presentation standards
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
* Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Supporting the team during busy shifts and helping with closing duties
* Contributing ideas for specials, improvements, or new dishes (creativity welcome)
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is passionate about food and brings positive energy to the kitchen.
* Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
* Strong multitasking skills — can handle prep, plating, and cooking during rushes
* Attention to detail in both flavor and presentation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to grow
* Open availability for part-time shifts — weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends
