Payroll Support Officer
Our client is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Payroll Support Officer to join their payroll operations team on a contract through until mid /end January.
This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for their workforce.
You will be part of a large team of payroll professionals working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve payroll-related queries using a payroll support ticketing systems.
Process leave transactions, including leave cash-outs and manual timesheet entries.
Administer travel reimbursements and upload medical certificates in accordance with policy.
Ensure accuracy in manual timesheet processing and leave calculations.
Support the team with payroll documentation and general administrative tasks.
Required Experience
Demonstrated experience using Chris21, SAP, or similar payroll systems.
Proficiency in manual timesheet processing and leave management.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
This position is offered on a contract basis through until mid /end January (potential for extension), within a hybrid working environment, with the office located in Fortitude Valley.
