In this key role, you will help maintain optimal stock levels, meet company targets, and uphold high reliability standards.The key accountabilities of the role will include:Manage purchase orders with overseas and local suppliersEnsure stock availability by maintaining supplier safety stockMonitor and update forecasts for all productsWork closely with freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve issuesExpedite overdue orders and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure stock meets customer demandMaintain procurement systems and ensure data integrity between platformsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to company profitabilityTo be successful in this role:Experience: Background in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management (international purchasing experience is a plus!
