We are seeking a friendly, professional Concierge / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clients workplace and provide day-to-day front-of-house and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
* Greeting and assisting customers and visitors
* Daily replenishment of coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and kitchen supplies
* General administrative duties including photocopying and data entry as required
* Managing Coles deliveries and stocking fridges and pantries
* Light housekeeping of kitchenettes, including wiping benches and replacing paper hand towels

* Strong communication skills with a friendly, welcoming manner
* Well-presented with a professional, corporate appearance
* Organised, reliable, and happy to support a busy office environment
