We are looking for a full-time employee to support our growing Touring Department.
This role has diverse responsibilities and opportunities to develop working relationships with key suppliers and clients.
The Travel Operations Manager will be responsible for building a positive team environment, improving the functionality of assigned teams within the Touring department team, and implementing company and departmental objectives and strategy.
Main Responsibilities:

* Manage people issues, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development.

* Develop beneficial working relationships with key suppliers and clients.

* Participate in office-based and off-site client or supplier meetings.
">
* Build a positive team environment.
">
* Improve team functionality within the Touring department team.

* Implement and monitor company objectives and strategy.

Requirements:
">
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
">
* 5+ years of relevant experience within a travel agency.
">
* 2 years of experience in a management capacity (5 years preferred).
">
* Knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
">
* GDS experience.
">
* Versed in booking flights, hotels, and published airfares.
">
* Experience handling VIP clients, touring, and/or group travel.
">
* Problem-solving skills and safe work practices.
">
* Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
