In this role
The Chef de Partie assists the Executive Sous Chef in providing our guests with best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar level meals by supervising the Kitchen Team and overseeing culinary activities.
How You'll Do It
Supervise team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences.
Coach and develop the team, driving Associate engagement.
Delegate tasks as required.
Assist in monitoring inventory and purchasing of products.
Standardise production recipes and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Assist in coordinating food safety and HACCP, ensuring standards are maintained.
Work in a fast-paced, pressured environment while maintaining control of the kitchen and guiding the team to a successful conclusion.

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in a similar position is essential.
Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team.
Culinary qualifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-organisation, problem solving and time management skills with attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and food safety programs.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
