Be the Chief Elf this Christmas! Lead the magic on our Santa Photography Sets with Scene to Believe. We’re hiring Team Leaders (Chief Elves) across Australia and New Zealand in the North Central Brisbane region, including Forest Lakes Shopping Centre, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Home Co. Lutwyche, Carindale, and Chermside. As Chief Elf, you’ll lead a team, keep the vibes high, and ensure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team and keep the good vibes flowing
- Ensure Santa visits are smooth, fun, and festive
- Solve problems on the fly and keep operations running
- Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift
- Remain cool under pressure, be great with people, and maintain Christmas cheer
- Be available from early November to Christmas Eve
- Have (or be able to obtain) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
Qualifications
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card or the ability to obtain one
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
