Organisational Development Manager
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced organisational development specialist to drive high performance outcomes.
About the Role
* Design and execute people plans that align with strategic business goals.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders and ensure people objectives are achieved.
* Provide proactive and strategic HR advice to support the resolution of ER issues.
* Develop talent and organisational design strategies to ensure efficient structures are in place.
* Lead change management initiatives, designing and implementing successful organisational changes.
* Assist with industrial relations, delivering commercially viable outcomes.
* Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance on remuneration and workforce planning.
* Contribute to business initiatives to optimise efficiencies.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a complex business environment.
* Proven track record in culture, diversity, equity and inclusion programmes and project delivery.
* Knowledge and application of change and talent management principles.
* Understanding of relevant employment law and unionised environments.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills – both verbal and written.
