We are seeking a Mobile Gardener / Maintenance Officer to deliver high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across community client homes.
This is a hands-on, mobile role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and values making a genuine difference in people's daily lives.

About the Role
In this mobile role, you will provide timely, high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across client homes in metropolitan Adelaide. Responsibilities include:
* Lawn mowing, pruning, spraying, weed control, leaf raking, and general garden upkeep
* Basic home maintenance and minor modifications
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues
* Always ensuring a safe working environment
* Completing physically demanding tasks as required
* Accurately documenting work completed in line with Bene policies
* Working collaboratively with Community Services, Maintenance, and Care teams
About You
* Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or handyperson work
* Ability to work independently across multiple locations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A commitment to safety, quality, and respectful service delivery
* Current Driver's License
* National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
* Legal right to work in Australia
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working in aged care or community services
* Italian-speaking
* Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations
* Test & Tag Certificate
