About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Social Worker to lead a small, dynamic team across the acute areas at Grampians Health, Ballarat Hospital. You will play a key role in providing advanced clinical services, driving best practice, and contributing to excellent patient outcomes. The role offers the chance to make a real impact through leadership, supervision, and support for junior staff and students. You'll work within a supportive environment that values evidence based care, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Skills & Experience
Accredited Social Work qualification and AASW membershipStrong clinical and leadership capabilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work within multidisciplinary teamsSound knowledge of current healthcare practices and systems
