Job Description
This role is ideal for those seeking variety, autonomy and flexible working hours. As a remote-based position, you'll visit clients around the Launceston area as required.
Deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation using your clinical knowledge and allied health background. Assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Responsibilities include:
 * Workplace rehabilitation services:
 o Initial Needs Assessments
 o Workplace Assessments
 o Advice on job modifications
 o Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
 o ADL assessments
 * Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
 * Support needs assessments
Required Skills & Qualifications
 * Full registration with AHPRA or Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA in line with your discipline
 * Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
 * A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
 * Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
 * Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
 * Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
 * The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
