Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Director of APAC to acquire new customers, drive growth in our clients' share of wallet, and serve as a local leader based in Melbourne.

About the Role:

* Identify and target potential enterprise customers for MRI Software solutions.
* Present and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and promoting additional products and services to increase their share of wallet.
* Serve as a local leader for the Victorian office, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
* Attend industry functions, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote our brand and solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in solution sales, ideally within the real estate industry or software sales.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, real estate, etc.) preferred.
