As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven HR Associate to join our growing HR team.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of recruitment, HR administration and the overall employee experience across the business, with plenty of room to grow and make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communications, including reference checks and talent pooling.
- Assist with offer paperwork, onboarding, and orientation sessions.
- Draft and issue employee documentation (contracts, salary changes, title updates, etc.)
- Maintain HR systems, employee files, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the HR Consultant with projects, employee benefits, and day-to-day HR activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills, you enjoy building relationships.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Genuine interest in HR and growing your career in a dynamic industry.
