About the Role / Qualifications
* Bring professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Possess proven medical administration experience and confidence in reviewing patient Health Fund eligibility.
* Have strong computer skills, with speed and accuracy in data entry.
* Experience using Meditech and understanding of medical terminology are beneficial.
* Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
* Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Take a proactive and professional approach.
* Relevant administrative qualifications are highly regarded.
Remuneration Package
A competitive hourly rate from $32.44 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
