As a Student Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the student journey. Reporting to the Director of Student Experience and Support, you will coordinate and implement tailored student support services. By collaborating with teachers to develop individual support plans, you will ensure that students receive the guidance they need to succeed academically and personally. Your efforts will also uphold compliance with educational standards, furthering our commitment to excellence.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating students and working collaboratively with staff, students, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality support services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated cultural sensitivity.
- Evidence of strong client/ student focus and customer experience skills in dynamic, fast-paced work environments requiring high levels of confidentiality to be maintained.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate potential issues and take the initiative to resolve them.
- Relevant experience in an administration role.
**Qualifications**
A relevant degree in education, student support, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
