**Your key responsibilities**
- You will provide financial reporting and tax compliance services to our clients
- Advise clients on their key business issues using a wide range of technology in real time
- Contribute to strategic planning for, and the implementation of, family governance frameworks and structures
- Work across multiple projects and clients, including entrepreneurial start-ups, established private businesses and high-net worth individuals and families
- Translating complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
- Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
- Maintaining your reputation in your field by constantly updating and sharing your technical and finest practice knowledge
**What we're looking for**
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- Tax technical knowledge relevant to individuals and private groups including experience in tax issues associated with trusts, Division 7A and CGT
- Completed an undergraduate qualification in Accounting and have completed or undertaking the CA program
- An understanding of estate and wealth planning
- Strong communication skills, team focus and the ability to manage priorities for multiple clients
- Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience in tax digital technologies and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tabluea RPA,
