Role Overview
This pivotal leadership position plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating everyday activities for assigned services, ensuring high-quality care and support for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Support Workers in providing trauma-informed and therapeutic supports to children and young people.
* Ensure effective communication among the team, with other areas of the organization, and with external stakeholders regarding daily activities related to the care and support of children and young people.
* Provide clear and positive guidance to staff, ensuring legislative requirements are understood and embedded for quality service delivery.
* Travel between services as required.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent. A current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements is also essential.
