The opportunityAs a Service Desk officer, you will be on the front line of the business and provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely response and resolution of any issues that pass through our support function.
While our primary platforms include AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Fortinet, you will also work with a diverse ecosystem of additional vendors and technologies.
You'll take ownership of a variety of service requests and incidents.You'll report to the Service Delivery Manager and provide our clients with Level 1 and Level 2 support across a broad range of products and services and collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
