Reporting to the CFO and leading a small team, this role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, strong controls and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Own financial reporting and period-end close, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
* Lead tax, audit and statutory compliance, managing external relationships and obligations
* Drive balance sheet integrity and internal controls, embedding strong governance frameworks
* Oversee cashflow, treasury and working capital, supporting liquidity and funding decisions
* Partner with business leaders to drive cost discipline, performance and financial accountability
* Lead systems, data and process improvements, strengthening reporting, automation and governance
* Leading and developing our AP and AR functions
About You
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
* CA / CPA qualification
* Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/AASB) and reporting expertise
* Commercially astute with the ability to influence and partner across the business
* Experience managing audits, tax compliance and internal control environments
* A hands-on leader who develops teams and drives continuous improvement
* Systems-savvy with a focus on data integrity and process optimisation
