**Position**: Temporary Customer Service Representative
**Employment Type**: Full time or part time temp roles (Monday to Friday) available with the possibility of extension and permanent employment
**Pay**: $37 per hour + superannuation
**Timings**: Full time office based role
**Location**: Camperdown, Sydney
**Job Requirements**:
**About the role**:
- Handle both inbound and outbound customer service inquiries
- Investigating potential cyber security concerns and assisting customer that were affected
- Provide essential support to victims of cybercrimes and identity theft
- Deal with a lot of different queries and concerns
- Following various procedures
**About you**:
You will also have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good amount of resilience and ability to confidently assist individuals in crisis situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to working with integrity.
- Willingness to listen to and act on feedback professionally.
- Inbound call centre experience.
