Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations and external laws.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee attendance records and ensure compliance with internal labor regulations.
* Monitor and manage employee leave entitlements, overtime, and out-of-hour work.
* Calculate and process monthly payroll, bonuses, and allowances; prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
* Keep track of and update salary and bonus policies from both government regulations and school policies.
* Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* From 2 years of experience in C&B; Preference for candidates with experience in schools and expats.
* Previous experience in proceeding with visa, temporary resident card, and work permit applications.
