The Role
This prospect seeks an experienced Work Health and Safety Specialist to lead the implementation of our client's newly drafted WHS Strategy to ensure a high-level of integration and consistency.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leadership, direction and technical control of the relevant WHS function
Leadership responsibility for the relevant team memebers
Management of allocated resources, priorities, workflows and strategic and business outcomes
Provision of specialist expertise to WHS capability
Provision of advice on complex WHS matters
Communication and advocacy for the WHS function with stakeholders
Engagement with senior leadership on specialist matters
Skills and Experience
Solid leadership experience and relevant WHS skills and qualifications
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Experience managing complex projects
