About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our key account managers in driving sales and commercial performance. As a dynamic Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships and delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support National Account Managers - Analyse sales and competitor data, maintain commercial reporting tools and drive strategic decision-making
- Foster strong customer relationships with grocery partners - Prepare materials and insights for internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Manage claims, promotional activities and activation planning - Ensure accurate submissions, campaign impact and post-activation reviews
- Engage in New Product Development projects - Support product launches and seasonal jobs
- Ensure optimal online store presence - Maintain accurate packshots, campaign callouts and Health Star Ratings.
- Support forecasting, supply chain coordination and retailer collaboration - Ensure accurate planning and seamless product availability.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales administration, customer claims management, promotional activities or key account support
- Previous experience in the Grocery channel within FMCG (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SKULibrary is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and negotiate across stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field is preferred but not essential.
