This is a senior, client‐facing, commercially focused product leadership role with accountability for product strategy, revenue growth and profitability across fund accounting and fund administration services in APAC.The role will serve as a bridge between clients, sales, operations, and technology, ensuring FAA products are commercially competitive, operationally scalable, and aligned to State Street's global strategy. LeadershipOwn and drive the global and regional product strategy for fund accounting and fund administration across multiple service offeringsDefine and maintain clear product value propositions, target client segments, and competitive positioningDevelop and execute multi‐year product roadmaps aligned to State Street's FAA growth objectivesBalance global standardization with regional customization to meet market‐specific client needsCore Product Management FunctionsLead end‐to‐end product lifecycle management, including:Product vision and strategyBusiness case development and investment prioritizationRequirements definition and solution designDelivery oversight and market readinessOngoing performance management and optimizationPartner with operations and technology to ensure products are operationally executable, scalable, and resilientDrive product simplification, standardization, and rationalization initiatives to improve efficiency and client outcomesEstablish and monitor product KPIs, client adoption metrics, and service performance indicatorsCommercial Ownership & P&L ManagementOwn commercial performance of FAA products, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost efficiencyPartner with finance and business leadership on pricing strategies, cost models, and profitability analysisSupport investment decisions by clearly articulating return on investment and strategic valueAct as a senior steward of the FAA product portfolio's financial outcomesSales Enablement & Client‐Facing LeadershipServe as a senior product representative in client and prospect engagements, including:Strategic client discussionsRFP and proposal supportSolution design and structuringPartner closely with sales and relationship management teams to:Enable effective product positioning and differentiationSupport deal structuring and commercial negotiationsTranslate client needs into product enhancements and roadmap prioritiesRepresent FAA products at senior client forums, industry events, and internal governance bodiesStakeholder & Governance LeadershipAct as a key product leader within a global, matrixed organizationCollaborate closely with:Global FAA leadershipAPAC Product LeadsOperations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teamsProvide product leadership input into governance forums, strategic initiatives, and regulatory discussionsRisk, Controls & Regulatory AlignmentEnsure FAA products are designed and delivered in alignment with regulatory, risk, and control frameworksPartner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to proactively marketsProduct management roles supporting fund accounting and administration servicesDemonstrated experience operating at a senior leadership or executive (Managing Director) levelProven experience owning or influencing commercial outcomes, including revenue and profitabilityStrong background in client‐facing roles, supporting sales, solution design, and senior client engagementDeep understanding of core product management disciplines, including:Product strategy and portfolio managementRoadmap development and prioritizationCross‐functional delivery and executionLifecycle
