The Role
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work in a small team, for a variety of clients in both the private and public sector. Involving local travel, this role is a blend of specific one-off assessments such as Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Assessments, Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments, and Case Management Activities.
What will you do day to day?
* Rehabilitation Case Management for clients
* Single Service Assessments
* Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
* Assist injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment
* Facilitating independence in workers to return to work
What Qualifications, Skills, and experience will you have?
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling
* Eligibility for Provisional registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation or Eligibility for ASORC Membership
* New Grads are welcome to apply
* Valid Australian Driver's License
* Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
* Strong aptitude for time management & goal-setting
* Strong report writing abilities
* Ability to work autonomously
* A positive, solution-focused outlook
