The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Leader wanting to take the next step in their career.
Duties include:
Working in partnership with the Centre Manager to support the daily operations and administration of the Centre
Responsibility for the development, implementation and reflection of a high-quality program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards
Providing inspiration, mentoring and guidance to educators
Creating a positive and empowering workplace environment that delivers the highest levels of care
Working collaboratively with other Buttercups educational leaders in a Community of Practice to drive a curriculum that supports a love of learning.
Oversight of each room and outdoor environment in the centre to ensure is immaculately presented creating a warm welcoming feeling.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Regulations.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Leadership role in an Early Childhood Service or minimum 5 years' experience working in an Early Childhood Service.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families.
Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
