* Performing and overseeing service and repair tasks as required
* Conducting quality control checks and test drives post-service
* Rolling out training sessions and maintaining technical know-how across the team
* Ensuring clear communication on service bulletins and new model updates
* Managing workshop equipment, tools, and safety protocols
* Keeping detailed records of tool usage, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Upholding cleanliness and care standards for every vehicle
* Jumping in with admin tasks like warranty order processing when needed
* Promoting a safe, clean, and positive workshop culture

About You – Our Kind of Teammate:

* A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology – a must have
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high-performing team
* A deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
* Confidence liaising with both customers and service staff
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* A focus on safety, efficiency, and team development
* Experience managing workflow and maintaining workshop standards
* A genuine passion for the industry and a desire to help others grow
* You've got a full driver's licence and a passion for cars
