We are seeking a Guest Services Sales Assistant to join our team in a customer-facing role across Admissions and Retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available to work 1 x Weekend Day each week, as part of their roster.
Preferred roster patterns include:
* Tuesday – Saturday, or
* Sunday - Thursday
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Process ticket sales and retail transactions
* Assist with guest enquiries in person, via phone and email
* Support retail presentation and stock management
* Assist with general guest services operations
