Senior Appian Developer Position
Job Description:
The organization is seeking a seasoned Appian developer to lead the development of business applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate user stories into functional requirements using the Appian platform.
* Design, implement, enhance, and support Appian applications.
* Guide junior developers in best practices and provide technical guidance.
* Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
* Develop and maintain thorough system and application documentation.
* Analyze and resolve production defects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong experience with Appian BPM platform.
* Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational database.
* Skills for writing reusable common objects.
* Experience in Agile software development – working with JIRA and Kanban boards.
* Collaboration skills working with Business Analysts and Key Stakeholders.
* Appian certification is highly regarded.
* Additional programming knowledge (e.g., .Net, C#, Java or any OOP) is highly valued.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/MS Azure) is an advantage.
