Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preparation of all mould gear and ancillaries.
You will work closely with the Mould Maintenance Manager, Production, and Quality teams to ensure moulds meet strict standards and are ready for use when needed.
Full training will be provided through our comprehensive training program, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (toolmaking experience an advantage)
* Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow maintenance schedules
* Familiarity with safety standards and a proactive safety mindset
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
