What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the General Counsel with legal admin, diary management, deadlines and document preparation.
* Formatting and proofreading legal correspondence and monitoring incoming notices and court documents.
* Maintaining legal files, matter registers and contract records, including coordinating document execution.
* Liaising with external legal stakeholders and processing legal invoices.
* Managing day‑to‑day office admin including calls, mail, scanning, filing and general staff support.
* Greeting visitors, coordinating meeting rooms and keeping reception and shared spaces polished.
* Overseeing office supplies and equipment to ensure stock and presentation are maintained.
* Assisting with broader admin tasks, system updates and ad hoc support across Head Office.
* Contributing to major annual events such as the Christmas party and polo event, following structured checklists and established processes.
About you:
* Experienced in legal secretarial work or a legal/property‑related environment.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong document formatting and typing capability.
* Highly organised, detail‑focused and confident managing competing priorities.
* Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication.
* Discreet, reliable and able to exercise sound judgement.
* Comfortable being the go‑to person for both legal and office support.
* Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong service mindset.
