The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting leaders and stakeholders to create an engaged workforce that drives productivity and safety standards. As the first point of contact, you will participate in and support the interview and selection process to determine candidate suitability across various roles. You will also be responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver best practice aligned to national talent acquisition standards.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for our distribution centers.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview and selection, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the health and injury management team, to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
* Analyze labor market trends and develop data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
* Build strong relationships with casual labor hire agencies to achieve consistency in the supply of team members aligned to cultural fit and suitability to the store worker position.
