Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club are seeking a Golf Professional with at least three years experience to join our team as Golf Manager. The Golf Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, managing the golf retail outlet, overseeing stock control and inventory processes, implementing sales and marketing techniques, assisting with women's golf programs, developing community programs, providing leadership to staff, managing customer orders, and assisting with private tuition and clinics.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Experience in managing inventory processes Ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations of golf retail outlet Supervise stock control and inventory processes Liaise with bookkeeper on special orders and transactions Merchandise the pro-shop appropriately for events and bookings Implement sales and marketing techniques to drive revenue Assist with women's golf programs Assist Director of Golf with other golf programs Provide leadership to other staff members in the golf operations team Manage customer orders through pro shop Assist with customer enquiries and transactions Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience as a qualified golf professional
