About us
Allied Health is right at the heart of making the Destination 2030 vision happen — delivering seriously great care for Central Queenslanders. You''ll be teaming up with medical, nursing, and the behind-the-scenes teams to help patients recover better, faster, and stronger. This is a place that focuses on growth, fresh ideas, and doing things better, with continuous learning and strong support to level up your skills.
About the role
The Allied Health Advanced (Acute) practitioner provides high-level clinical care and day-to-day leadership across the full patient journey, from emergency through to rehabilitation, within an interdisciplinary team. The role includes leading workforce planning, aligning services with organisational strategy, and representing Allied Health across sites and stakeholder groups. A strong focus is placed on quality, safety, governance, ensuring compliance with standards and contributing to risk management.
