Job Responsibilities:
Deliver top-line sales results and improve profitability quarterly and yearly.
Identify and prioritize routes to market and implement strategies for new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors.
Support marketing activities by being the face of the company and providing customer insights.
Drive strategic initiatives to increase customer engagement in both B2B and B2C markets.
Continuously evaluate the distribution network's effectiveness.
Obtain and analyze market information to assist with developing and implementing strategic direction.
Requirements:
Sales experience with complex accounts management and team leadership skills.
Good understanding of regional markets (Mining, O&G, General Industrial, Infrastructure, and Shipbuilding).
Ability to work autonomously and navigate technical environments with support from experts.
