We are currently seeking an experience Administration officer to join our growing team in our Geelong head office.
About You
The successful applicant will bring strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly, proactive approach to supporting the wider team. You will be confident working with numbers, systems, and data while also being comfortable engaging with staff, clients, and stakeholders from all areas of the business. You take pride in accuracy, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Your tasks will include:
* Providing general administrative support across the business.
* Managing calls, emails, enquiries, and maintaining filing systems.
* Assisting with internal documents, reports, and templates.
* Supporting job transaction processing, including time sheets, expenses, and data accuracy.
* Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily reconciliations.
* Maintaining data across business systems and supporting process improvements.
* Coordinating compliance records, licences, registrations, and document control.
* Providing general office and operational support as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in Accounts Administration or similar support roles.
* Traffio, MYOB, Peoplesoft or Ancora experience (highly regarded).
* Strong numerical skills with reconciliations and transaction processing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Able to interpret agreements, procedures and training material.
* Confident, friendly communicator across all levels.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
* High attention to detail with accurate, timely work.
